Our Team

Desmond (Des) is a passionate and experienced veterinary nurse with over 15 years of hands-on care through AllPets. Animals are truly his world—both at work and at home. He shares his life with an incredible array of animals, including 12 snakes, 15 blue-tongue lizards, 2 Storr’s monitors, a variety of frogs, 2 turtles, 3 guinea pigs, 2 fish tanks, and a beloved dog—a Kelpie cross.

Outside of his professional role, Desmond is a dedicated family man, sharing his life with his wife and two amazing children, Mason and Grace. Together, they embrace the joy and lively chaos of their animal-filled home.

For Desmond, caring for pets is more than just a job—it’s a way of life. Whether it’s a furry, scaly, or slimy family member, he is committed to providing compassionate and dedicated care. It’s his privilege to serve the local community and support the health and happiness of their animals.
